What should be donated to PETRAD AID?

PETRAD AID welcomes a wide range of donations that directly support our humanitarian and development programmes. Financial contributions are most flexible and can be directed to any programme area. In-kind donations we accept include:

  • Food and nutrition supplies — dry foodstuffs, cooking oil, flour, and nutritional supplements for emergency relief and vulnerable households.
  • Clothing and blankets — clean, gently used or new clothing for adults and children, and blankets for cold-weather relief.
  • School and stationery items — exercise books, pens, school bags, and uniforms to support children's education.
  • Medical and hygiene supplies — sanitary towels, soap, hand sanitiser, first aid kits, and over-the-counter medicines.
  • Water and WASH items — jerry cans, water purification tablets, and hygiene kits for WASH programmes.
  • Office equipment and electronics — computers, printers, and office furniture to support organisational operations.
  • Professional skills and time — volunteer your expertise in law, medicine, teaching, finance, communications, or any skilled trade.
